1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

  • Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you contributed was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe this was done by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Happyinktee maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of user contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
